Client Obligations

A. Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing TFZ with accurate and complete information regarding your business setup requirements. This includes personal and company details, necessary documentation, and any other relevant information. Any changes or updates to the provided information must be promptly communicated to TFZ.

B.Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements governing your chosen business activities in Dubai. TFZ will assist you in understanding and complying with these legal obligations, but the ultimate responsibility rests with you.

C.Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with TFZ and promptly provide any additional information or documentation required during the business setup process. Your active participation and timely response are crucial for the efficient handling of your business setup requirements.

Fees and Payment

A.  TFZ Business Setup accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for its services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions mentioned herein and throughout the website.

B.  TFZ Business Setup involves various commercial business activities in the United Arab Emirates. The cost involved in business activities can be briefly explained in the link https://tfz.ae/ but is not limited to the mentioned.

C.  TFZ Business Setup website displays the accepted cards; please use the ones specified.

D.  The prices on this website only apply to visitors in the UAE and are expressed in dirhams (AED). Clients outside the UAE must pay fees in their local currencies, such as USD, GBP, and INR.  

E.  The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the payment usage on this site. In the event of a dispute, only a UAE court with the necessary jurisdiction will hear any further challenges that may arise.

F.  Users of the website who are minors or under 18 are not permitted to register as users, conduct transactions on the site, or otherwise use the site.

G.  Retain a copy of every transaction you make using the TFZ Business Setup website.

H.  If the user is found violating the T&Cs, TFZ may terminate the usage of the site, ban you from future use of the site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

Refund and Cancellation 

TFZ has no refund policy for the service provided on or off this website. However, the refund policy is subject to the payments made for the security deposit for business centers and will be refunded on cancellation or maturation.  

TFZ has a no-cancellation policy for the services provided on or off this website. However, cancellation in the process is subject to the nature of the services assigned.

 B. However, it is essential to acknowledge that electronic communications, including email and online platforms, may have inherent risks associated with them. While we take reasonable precautions, TFZ cannot guarantee the absolute confidentiality of electronic communications, and you understand and accept this inherent risk.

Limitation of Liability

     A. TFZ is committed to providing high-quality services with professionalism and due diligence. We will exercise reasonable skill and care in delivering our services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Each business setup scenario is unique, and success depends on various factors beyond our control.

     B.Therefore, TFZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the business setup services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

        A.  Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Termination of the Agreement does not absolve you of any outstanding obligations or fees incurred up to the termination date. TFZ reserves the right to seek payment for services rendered prior to termination.

        B. Upon termination, you must promptly settle any outstanding fees owed to TFZ. TFZ will provide you with an itemised account of the services rendered and the corresponding fees.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

       A. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

       B. The laws and regulations of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) govern business setup procedures and related matters. TFZ will guide you through the legal requirements and ensure compliance with the applicable laws. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with these laws, and TFZ shall not be held liable for any non-compliance on your part.

       C. If any changes to the laws or regulations may affect your business setup process, TFZ will make reasonable efforts to inform you of the changes. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to stay updated on the relevant laws and regulations governing your business activities.

Amendments and Modifications

TFZ reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of our services after any modifications or amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and TFZ regarding the business setup services and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether oral or written.
