As per the Commercial Companies Law in Dubai it is mandatory to have a local sponsor or corporate sponsor for the limited liability company set up in mainland Dubai. The chosen sponsor ( Local or Corporate) is mandated to own 51% of the share of your new business. 

Corporate sponsorship involves an organization, to become eligible to be one requires a company with one or more UAE nationals. If your company has more than One UAE national then the organization can sponsor any New Business setup in Dubai.
