Company · UAE Investor Visa

Own a UAE business — live in the UAE. TFZ makes it seamless.

The investor visa (also called a partner visa) is the residence visa you obtain through ownership of a UAE company — mainland or free zone. It is the natural first visa for founders and shareholders: it gives you the legal right to live in the UAE, obtain your Emirates ID, open personal bank accounts, rent a home, and sponsor your spouse and children. At TFZ, an investor visa is included in our business setup packages, so your license and your residency arrive together.

What You Get With an Investor Visa

  • 2-year renewable UAE residency (some free zones issue longer durations)
  • Emirates ID — your key to banking, telecoms, tenancy and government services
  • Family sponsorship — bring your spouse, children and, in eligible cases, parents
  • Multiple entry — travel in and out of the UAE freely
  • A path to the Golden Visa — as your investment grows, we upgrade you to 10-year residency

Who Is It For?
