TFZ Corporate Structuring and Advisory is a business setup and corporate advisory firm located at 19th Floor, Conrad Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE.

Website Use

The information on this website, including fees, timelines, cost calculator results, government rules and tax rates, is provided for general guidance only.

It is indicative, changes frequently and depends on the authority, licence type and activity. It does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.

Services & Engagement

Our services include:

• Services begin only after you accept a written quotation, sign our engagement letter and pay the agreed advance.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documents.
• Delays in providing documents may delay your application.

Fees & Payment

• Fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of VAT, which is charged at the applicable rate.
• Government, free zone, bank, immigration and third-party fees are payable in addition to TFZ professional fees unless the quotation states they are included.
• Fees are payable in advance or as set out in the quotation.
• Government fees are non-refundable once paid to the authority.
• Fees may change if the scope of work changes, if you change your business activity, name or structure after submission, or if a government authority changes its fees.

Refunds & Cancellation

• If you cancel before any government submission is made, TFZ will refund fees paid less any work performed and any third-party costs already incurred.
• Once an application has been submitted to a government authority, free zone or bank, fees are non-refundable.
• TFZ professional fees for work already completed are non-refundable.

Third-Party Decisions

Approvals for trade licences, visas, bank accounts, tax registrations and other services are decided solely by the relevant government authority, free zone or bank.

TFZ will prepare and submit applications with professional care but cannot guarantee approval, timing or outcome.

Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You are responsible for declaring your beneficial owners correctly.
• You are responsible for the lawful conduct of your business after formation.
• You are responsible for ongoing compliance, including licence renewals, corporate tax, VAT, ESR, UBO, AML, labour and immigration obligations, unless you have engaged TFZ in writing to manage these for you.

Anti-Money Laundering

TFZ is subject to UAE anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws.

We will carry out KYC checks on all clients and beneficial owners and may decline or terminate an engagement where we cannot complete these checks or where we have concerns.

We may be required by law to report suspicious activity without informing you.

Confidentiality

We keep your information confidential and use it only to deliver our services and comply with the law.

Limitation of Liability

TFZ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, or losses caused by government decisions, bank decisions, changes in law, or inaccurate information provided by you.

Refer & Earn Programme

Referral rewards of up to AED 3,000 are paid only when the referred client signs an engagement with TFZ and pays in full.

The reward amount depends on the service purchased. TFZ may change or end the programme at any time.

Reviews & Testimonials

Reviews displayed on our website are from third-party platforms such as Trustpilot and Google, or from clients who have given permission. TFZ does not edit third-party reviews.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
